I've been open at our Cabazon, CA location for over a year now, but the roots of Ensenada Baja Tacos go deeper. This business started with my grandfather in the 1970s, when we began selling fish & shrimp tacos in Ensenada, Baja California. I brought our business and my grandfather's recipes up here to the US and am carrying on the tradition of serving authentic Mexican tacos.
